A: MOQ is of 100 nos. in less than 5 models. For the new products or first cooperative customer, we suggest ordering samples to test the quality and check the market orientation before mass order. Please click here to get details of sample ordering sheets. Astral Auto will refund the sample cost of each item when the order of that item up to 100 nos. But shipment cost of sample is paid by customers.
A: Within 7days after receive payment, most of them are available in the warehouse. Please contact us for more information, cause storage changes all the time.
A: Normally, 25days after deposit receiving. But it depends, if customers changed their requirements before production, or orders around busy times i.e. before CNY holiday, Christmas holiday……These effects will definitely influence delivery time, but our sales will inform all situations for good communications.
A: Payment by Western Union, L/C at sight, T/T and PayPal are acceptable. Except L/C at sight, the others require 30% advance and balance payable before shipment. L/C payment require MOQ 1500sets or above.
